Quess Corp executive chairman Ajit Isaac has purchased a nearly Rs 52 crore bungalow in Bengaluru’s boulevard of billionaires.

The property has a total built up area of 9600 sq ft in Koramangala— in one of the most expensive single residential deals in the tech city recently. Isaac already stay in Koramangala.

The property was purchased from a non resident Indian, Brijesh Wahi and was concluded in June, as per a documents accessed by Zapkey.com

It could not be ascertained if the property has been bought as investment or is planning to redevelop these for personal use.

Isaac has been instrumental in building Quess Corp into India’s largest Business Services provider within a decade. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Quess today has presence across 644 locations in India, South East Asia & North America.

ET’s email query to Isaac remained unanswered at the time of going to press.

Experts said demand for bigger homes has increased and the latest deal is expected to buoy big-ticket residential transactions in the city. In 2019, Flipkart cofounder Sachin Bansal bought a property for Rs45 crore in Koramangala too.

The city’s entrepreneurial hub Koramangala, and in particular its third block, has become a coveted neighbourhood, with a bevy of self-made billionaires owning homes there. With the newly acquired home, Isaac will count Infosys co-founders Nandan Nilekani and Kris Gopalakrishnan along with Dr Devi Shetty and Rajeev Chandrasekhar among their neighbours. Both Flipkart co founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal also reside in the up market area of Koramangala too.

According to property brokers Koramangala suburb has a strong connect with the new wealth thrown up by Bengaluru’s tech entrepreneur with prices remain high. Bengaluru’s traditionally wealthy are mostly located in the heart of the city, like Fairfield Layout off Race Course Road and Sadhashivanagar.
