Also, over 95 flats built for the rehabilitation of JJ colony inhabitants and the economically weaker sections (EWS), will be up for allotment by July 31. These include 79 one-room sets across sectors 117, 118 and 122 and 18 two-room flats across sectors 55, 82, 99 etc.
The above decisions were taken by Ritu Maheshwari CEO Noida Authority during a review meeting of the residential plots department Noida authority. “I have directed that the scheme of newly created plots in sector 151 should be published for the public by the end of July,” said CEO Maheshwari.
According to Anil Kumar Singh AGM Noida Authority, over 200 residential plots in sector 151 will be brought under the scheme. “The plots range from 250, 300 and 450 sqms. The final numbers will be ready in about a week-10 days’ time and the scheme will be launched by July end-early August,” said Singh.
While the authority has not yet declared at what circle rates these plots will be allotted, sources maintain it may range from Rs 40-50,000 sqm.
Further, CEO Noida directed that all cancelled residential plots so far in other parts of the city should also be included in the said scheme after verifying their eligibility.
EWS allotment to be expedited
Additionally, about 97 one-room and two-room flats which are across sectors 55, 82, 99, 117, 118 and 122 were directed to be placed for allotment to JJ colony inhabitants and EWS category beneficiaries after publishing their cost and total numbers by July 31. “There are 18 two-bedroom flats and 79 one-room sets in this category across over six sectors. We will draw up the scheme in the coming days even as we are looking to add more such LIG, MIG or HIG flats which may have remained unallotted to be added in the scheme. We aim to launch the said scheme by July 31,” said Sanjai Kumar Singh OSD Noida Authority.
Allotment letters for residential plot scheme 2011 (i) within a week
Further, while CEO Maheshwari directed that allotment letters be issued to all successful and eligible applicants under the residential plot scheme 2011 (i) within next week, cancellation of allotment were also directed to be carried out against earlier defaulters of plots above Rs 50 lakhs along with notices be served to defaulters of plots under Rs 50 lakhs.
Similar cancellation of allotment was directed by CEO Noida against defaulters of institutional plots above Rs 30 lakhs with the directive to float a new scheme for schools and nursing homes etc through e-auction within one month.
